The forced drop hammer hydraulic compactor (as shown in the figure below) refers to a high-speed hydraulic compactor.
When the hydraulic cylinder lifts the upper hammer head to a set height and releases it, the hydraulic cylinder quickly descends. The upper hammer head accelerates to fall under the assistance of the hydraulic cylinder, and compacts the foundation with faster and greater force, which is different from the free fall of the hammer head on the free drop hammer hydraulic compactor.
It is obvious that the forced drop hammer hydraulic compactor, with the assistance of the hydraulic cylinder, runs faster and has greater compaction force. Compared to the free fall hammer hydraulic compactor (see the diagram below), the product performance is superior. Therefore, it quickly replaced the old free fall hammer hydraulic compactor and became the mainstream.
Supplementary note: However, with the intensification of competition in the industry in the past two years, there have been a large number of cases in the market where free fall hammer hydraulic compactors are used to counterfeit forced fall hammer hydraulic compactors. The key is that almost no manufacturer admits to producing free fall hammer hydraulic compactors. China Machinery Group reminds everyone to understand more and compare the differences between the two.
