The hammer head of a hydraulic compaction machine is the upper hammer head, which is responsible for the compaction work.
The continuous impact resistance of the hammer head on the overall ordinary steel casting is relatively poor, and it is often used on small hydraulic compactors or free fall hydraulic compactors, which is relatively cheap and has a relatively short overall service life;
2. Split welded steel castings;
The upper 2/3 part of the hammer head on the split welded steel casting is made of ordinary steel casting, and the lower 1/3 part (compacted collision area) is made of high-strength cast steel material. Due to the different materials of the two parts, direct welding is prone to cracking, and large bolts are usually used to connect and weld together.
3. The hammer head is formed by secondary casting.
The hammer head on the hydraulic compaction machine adopts a secondary casting process, and the lower one-third of the collision parts involved in the compaction are made of special metal materials such as chrome 14 (cmg bearing steel scraps, convenient conditions for cmg), which has strong impact resistance and conductivity. The overall structure is more stable than the welded structure, and is more economical than using high-strength cast steel materials as a whole.
