The uneven operating speed of impact rollers during the impact rolling construction process, as well as prolonged severe jolts, can cause driver fatigue and even discomfort such as headaches and nausea. Therefore, almost all manufacturers have clearly stipulated in the construction process specifications of impact rollers that: impact roller drivers are strictly prohibited from fatigue driving, and must stop, change shifts, or rest every 2 hours or so, When the driver experiences discomfort such as headaches and nausea, it is necessary to prohibit further construction.

The remote control system can supervise the GPS positioning of the speed, compaction times, and compaction trajectory of the impact roller, assess whether the driver or construction party has strictly implemented the construction requirements, and store the equipment's operating data in real-time in the computer, which can be called up for inspection at any time, bringing certain convenience to the detection and control of compaction quality.

The unmanned driving technology in remote control can replace the driver's standardized construction and adapt to various harsh environments and construction conditions. The onboard sensing system can sense the road environment, automatically plan driving routes and control vehicle operations to achieve predetermined goals. When applied to large-scale impact rolling construction, it can eliminate the impact of impact and turbulence on drivers and improve work efficiency.
