1. The impact energy is 25kj, equivalent to 300-500 tons, which varies depending on the rolling speed;

The total width of the impact roller design is 2.98 meters (a total width of 3 meters or too close to 3 meters is difficult to achieve precise loading, and exceeding the width will increase additional transportation costs and shipping difficulties. It is not recommended to choose the so-called "larger" design of 3 meters wide by some merchants);

3. The single wheel width of the impact roller is 900mm. Considering that there are very few customers who have special preferences for the "big" parameter, it is also equipped with a 930mm wide wheel (with an overall weight increase of 16 kilograms, which is not significant). The price is the same. However, due to the widening of the wheel, the impact force will be reduced, and there are also two major design defects, which are not recommended for use;

4. Adopting a fully hydraulic configuration, the hydraulic system ① increases the protection performance of the full hydraulic buffering and acceleration system for the impact compaction wheel and tractor, making it an important protection system for the impact roller and essential;

5. Central control hydraulic system ② The third generation lifting bundle cylinder, the impact roller is supported off the ground by the new type of impact roller quick support bracket, and the transition tire is under force, making it convenient without damaging the road surface. 6. The spiral compression spring and reverse rotation tension spring on the traction shaft cushion, and on the basis of the full hydraulic system, adjust the speed of the impact roller again to further assist in eliminating the recoil force of the impact roller on the traction vehicle, achieving better protection function;

7. Adopting enlarged impact roller shock absorbers (standard 12 sets of enlarged shock absorbers), with a complete variety and free selection, and checking relevant technical information;

8. The parking bracket reduces the shock absorption of the frame and the load-bearing force of the tires during parking, prolonging its service life. At the same time, the traction machine can be quickly disassembled without the assistance of other machinery, making it convenient and fast;

9. Humanized designs such as warning rubber covers and extended fuel ports provide a better user experience.

10. It can be used with SL380/360 and SL320/310 tractors.
